recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Jerry’s. Within the first couple of days I realized the muffler was rubbing against the mud flap and melted it. I immediately contacted the salesman and brought it in as soon as possible. We recognized that the muffler was disconnected from a rubber holder which was too hot to deal with that night. they will grab an extra $9,000 from you for a care package you never agreed to. they will sit there and tell you to your face, that a particular service was already done on the truck and that you don't have to worry about it, and that it is of no extra cost to you. you will take it into service for two jobs in this case a bed liner and rust proofing, and then they will lie about doing some paint and cloth protection. that job was never done . they will literally charge you $9,000 for not doing something with your truck that ... read more

to much pressure to buy addition coverage that all r verbal .in fact non of them covered when you need it. this place is high way rubbery .

What a refreshing experience! Great customer service still exists! After having a very bad experience with a very big dealership, it’s nice to see this dealership prides itself on true customer service! Super easy and fast. In and out in 1 hour!
