Jerrys roofing was called to my mom's house to give a free estimate to fix a leak and the guy they sent fixed the leak for free IN THE RAIN! AMAZING! He asked only that when the time came to replace the roof that she remember them!
old school honesty Last week's rain caused my mom's roof to leak and because she likes the better business bureau, she called Jerrys Roofing (A rating) They put a ladder up in the rain and discovering the cause if the leak THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE!!! These guys deserve your business! Super Honest/Honorable, WOW!
I Would Hire Them Again – I recently had work done on my house by Jerry's Roofing. When I contacted them they, of course , came out to give me a free estimate( I"ve never had a contractor not give a free estimate). They came out as scheduled to do the work and they completed the work and clean up as promised.They even took special care to protect my landscaping. I was very happy with Jerry's Roofing and I would recommend them.
Unprofessional and False Advertisement I called Jerry's Roofing to ask about replacing or repairing a roof since my roof is in shambles. Easily a $10k job. The website says "FREE ESTIMATE" but the guy from Jerry's Roofing basically blew it off and said they are not willing to even give an estimate if they are not guaranteed the job. He complained that his time and gas is too valuable to examine the roof, even though my house is less than 10 minutes away. He then hangs up on me before I can even ask a question. WORST EVER!!!!! – AVOID!!!! Very unprofessional and extremely rude!! Would never go with these guys again. Requested an appointment and they never called back. When they finally bothered to schedule something, the guy just hangs up. Also, they did a terrible job. We had to bring somebody else in to clean up their work. These guys simply don't care about professionalism or doing a good job. SAVE YOURSELVES GRIEF AND MONEY!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!
