My wife and I are dismayed after Jerry’s Plumbing & Heating replaced a furnace. To be concise, we were informed by a HVAC tech from a different company that Jerry’s techs disabled our air-conditioner, which worked fine for months. They also failed to install a new vent pipe and condensation trap. They also left decorative wood trim broken off, claiming it’s not their responsibility. Our air conditioner quit during the hottest day. Two very nice repairmen came out and replaced a part very quickly. However, after they left and it recycled on again, the fan worked, but not the cooler. We called, and two more very nice repairmen came and discovered that one little adjustment that PG&E had on it was responsible. They quickly fixed the problem and all is well. We definitely will use Jerry's again.

I had an emergency on Memorial Day weekend, they told me they would be there between 1and 3. They got there at 1:00 and took care of it right away.
I had an 20 years old old furnace which has a pilot gas light on 24/7 and using more gas with low level functioning. It needed to be replaced. Jerry's explained a new functional furnace availability and replaced with new unit professional manner in the morning as the office informed me the time 8 - 12. The unit is powerful and functioning well heating inside of our house this cold winter season for the first time in many years. I'm very happy with your service. Thank you for your great work.
