My son took his Firebird to Jerrys last week to have his muffler fixed. He had a bolt brake off where the exhaust manifold connects to the exhaust pipe.I found them to be very nice people and fair. The bolt had to be removed using a torch and the hole re-tapped. Every time I go to Jerry to get work done, I always know what it is going to cost before they begin and know they stand behind all their work. Even though I have moved out of Carrollton, I still take my and my kids cars back to Jerry to get any repair work done.

Thinking about going to Jerrys? DONT. Theyre have poor customer service and are dishonest. My momma said to be careful who you trust in this world. Im telling you, do not trust these people. He told me my car didnt qualify for the warranty when it did. What should have been repaired for free was not, all because I trusted Jerry. Dont be their next victim! Go to someone who will be honest with you.
I have a 1969 SS Chevelle. Jerry is the only person I would trust to replace the exhaust. He did a great job, using the new vintage parts available and installed Flowmaster mufflers. Sounds great! Great job.

Almost \$1000 repair at Jerrys Muffler didnt even last 1 year (less than 20,000 miles)! Went in for a catalytic converter change, came out screwed! Now my engine light is on telling me that the converter is shot. Called to complain, he blamed it on an "engine problem" but mistakenly admitted that the computer diagnostic didnt show anything during the repair.
