Always punctual, efficient, polite and reasonable. Finds the problem and solves it. A great service.
Jerry was here when he said he'd be, he fixed the problem but in doing so broke another part. (Anyone could have) so he had to order another part and advised he would call and set up an appointment when it came in. Wow 2 day's later had the part, he called, set appointment came by fixed it. Good guy, good service, would recommend.
Amazing! Jerry knew exactly what was wrong with our fridge in less than a minute of opening the door. Our defroster controller had gone bad. Jerry temporarily alleviated the problem by manually defrosting the cooling element, so that we could use the fridge until he could get the necessary part. The part was available the next day, and he swiftly fixed the issue. Jerry was unassuming and polite. I would recommend him to anyone.
