Purchased a vehicle at this dealer , took it home and the next day it wouldn’t start . Took it back to the dealership and was asked to pay 236 dollars for battery replacement . Freddy was able to “negotiate “ with the manager and dropped the cost to 130 dollars . The vehicle should have been sold in working condition or repairs handled for free by the dealership. The vehicle failed less than a week from purchase date . Great experience working with Freddy, but poor quality vehicle and extra cost.
Service techs are the worst …I was charged a little over $1600 to fix my truck within two transactions…mechanics are not experienced at all they only know how to plug scanners an read what it say not real mechanics…dropped my truck off for recall work and possible repairs ..I received a call the next day saying I needed a pig tail connector an not the actual sensor replaced and I agreed to the service since that was suppose to be the fix to my truck issues got the call my truck was done and ready went to pick it up my truck ... read more
Service techs are careless. Do not bring your car here to get serviced. You will leave with more problems than what you came in with. Brought car in for oil change and door latch recalls. Pick car up with a "pinhole" leak in the radiator, there were no prior issues with the radiator or vehicle before bringing my car in for oil change. Bring car back to fix those issues and now my door latched that were supposedly replaced are now falling off. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. Still have yet to correct the issues.
Let me start out with we were definitely given false hope here! Sales rep had us in a truck gave us dealer plates bc they didn’t wanna continue on a Saturday and come Monday we were at the dealer another 5 hours with my baby & we left empty handed this time. We repeatedly asked the sales rep if we would be able to just come and sign papers Monday morning because we didn’t wanna take the truck without knowing and he reassured us every single time.
Was given a solid number so I went out of my way to visit and make a purchase. After waiting about 30 mins I was told they would have to see what they could do and asked me to continue to wait. Good ol bait and switch. No way I'm dropping 125k at a dealership that doesn't value my time. Sad
