Roman (sales) was absolutely great to work with. He was straightforward, friendly, and a great communicator throughout the car-buying process. He also had my car looking fantastic upon arrival. I would highly recommend Roman to anyone looking to purchase a car. Aman (finance) was also great. He explained each option thoroughly and made sure I was making an informed decision regarding that part of the car-buying process. I would also highly recommend Aman.

Found a vehicle I liked off a car site, followed the link to Malloy Ford. Spent two days negotiating only to find out they didn't even have the vehicle. Traded it to another dealership more than a month prior. My assumption is they are driving traffic to their dealership site and trying to put people in other cars. Also, they are adding "freight" and ceramic coating to the prices published online and on vehicle sites. Very shady.
Aryobzai helped me get into a new ride and I had an interesting experience but came out with great deal. I was looking for a 2017 ford escape but ended up with a 2025 Ford machE, I hesitated because I never drove an EV but it worked out.
Great experience with Jay. Process was simple straight forward and a great deal! So happy with our purchase!!!
