They are very unprofessional and incompetent. The process of getting the title for my truck lasted months. Staff doesn't return phone calls. They scammed me out of money on the sale of my truck. I figured they would have helped me out a little since im in the military and cant just walk into their dealership. It has been right around a year that I have been waiting on parts such as an upper control arm for a Raptor. Insane!! The truck makes noise that basically sounds like a flock of birds when they are clustered in a tree….that’s how squeaky it is. They don’t follow-up on parts unless you bug them and then have attitude about it. Long on promises, short on delivery. Just horrible.
