Don't think I will shop there anymore. Purchased an item as a Christmas gift. Did not open the box to make sure item was okay. Christmas day found out item was damaged, so had to return it. They gave us a problem because they don't return seasonal items past December 12th. Cashier wasn't very nice and had to check with 3 people before they would even exchange a DAMAGED item. Customer service was terrible. Great place, mediocre staff.
I go to Jerry's for every seasonal change. They always have unique items for home, gifts and every day convenience. I do wish the coffee bar would have been opened later but everyone needs to be off some time! The personnel were very helpful and courteous especially in the outdoor area.
The displays are magnificent. The staff was very helpful and directly me to what I wanted. There's an old saying you can't please all of the people all of the time. It's a very busy season we all have to be cognizant that the people working also have a lot to do as we all do
Such a disappointment today taking out son to see Santa. The photographer only took one picture of us, not giving us the Chance to say it was ok and take another. She was seemed so miserable and not appropriate to have in a social setting. The picture we did get was so expensive and printed poorly. The set up wasn't the quality we expected for this establishment. Hopefully we can find time to get to another santa photo place before Christmas. Like to look around at Christmas time but the ornaments and decorations have gotten so expensive, and the redemption period for Jerry bucks is so short. We've been going a few times a season for years, but I think this will be the last year
