Excellent customer service! I have been in the store at least once a day over the last 5 days and every time, within minutes someone is greeting you and offering you assistance. Yesterday what I needed was unavailable and the girl at counter gave me a local referral that was able to accommodate. Today, the girls at the counter had my rewards account pulled up and ready for checkout before I even placed my things on the counter! Love Jerry's. Their florist is the best around! We had our wedding done by them and we still get compliments about how everything was decorated. The people there are very friendly and helped us choosing everything. Going there tomorrow to pickup an Easter Basket. I get one for my wife every year. Love their flowers!
Today I called to inquire what time the bunny would be at Jerry's until. I had work this morning and was hoping to get there in time to bring my 18 month old daughter. An employee told me he would be there until 3pm. We got there at 230 and the bunny was all packed up. I wouldn't have cared as much, but being we made a special trip and got my daughter all dressed up, I was upset.
