Went in to order a bouquet for my wedding, I was the only one in the store mid day, walked up to older man in back if store and said hello to him from 6’ away. Dude never looked up or replied.
Called and made arrangements for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were delivered a day early. I called and wanted to inform them of the mistake and they turned it around and put the blame on me. They said I had called and told them to deliver the flowers early and it wasn't their fault. The arrangement was very nice but the customer service was poor.
