Very good at what they do.
We hired this company to work on our truck. The truck ran 1 day after they worked on it and then had over heat issues and would not run at operating temp. I had my mechanic look at it and he couldn't figure it out. I then took to the Mack. They confirmed that the work done by Jerry's diesel was the cause of my problems. I called and explained the issue and the technician told me he couldn't look at the truck for a month. I had to take my truck to another shop to have it reprogrammed properly. BEWARE. Just my experiance
Brittany did a delete on a CM2350A for me last winter. Ran ok but had some small issues that i wanted fixed. Was told they would be looked at after spring rush but never heard anything back. Reached out multiple times and was ignored. Now in the summer heat those small issues became big ones so I pulled the file and had someone else I trust go through it with me.
