We hired this company to work on our truck. The truck ran 1 day after they worked on it and then had over heat issues and would not run at operating temp. I had my mechanic look at it and he couldn't figure it out. I then took to the Mack. They confirmed that the work done by Jerry's diesel was the cause of my problems. I called and explained the issue and the technician told me he couldn't look at the truck for a month. I had to take my truck to another shop to have it reprogrammed properly. BEWARE. Just my experiance
Brittany did a delete on a CM2350A for me last winter. Ran ok but had some small issues that i wanted fixed. Was told they would be looked at after spring rush but never heard anything back. Reached out multiple times and was ignored. Now in the summer heat those small issues became big ones so I pulled the file and had someone else I trust go through it with me. Top notch service and extremely knowledgeable
Took my log truck to these guys to tune first off took a whole week to get a call back from anyone finally tuned the truck ran like garbage, took another 2 weeks for an answer finally re tuned it back to "stock" what I had originally... obviously a completely different tune same turbo psi on holdback and on pulling was 5000kg lighter then my dd16 bone stock and it was pulling harder and now no answer from anyone.. absolutely the worse business do NOT deal with Brittany
