These guys (&gal) have the nicest equipment & employees that show pride & professionalism in the work that they perform. I recommend them to anyone needing vehicle assistance from locking your keys inside to towing you down the road. In fact, they’re the only choice in the mid Ohio valley!
I finally experienced the misfortune of locking your keys in your car. Fortunately for me Jerry's came to the rescue and not only got there quickly, but had me back in my car and out of the cold in what seemed like seconds. I now know who to recommend for services, but hopefully that's the last time for me. Thank you!!

Thanks to the tow truck driver that jump my battery this morning in the YMCA parking lot. He was called to tow it to the dealership but knew it was really only my battery and not the security system. �

I was having one of those weeks when everything felt like it was going wrong. I felt the universe was against me. Then the car broke down 50 miles from home. I called my insurance who called Jerry's. They were there quickly. Was very careful with the car. The driver Eric was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience started out as the last straw in an awful week and ended up making me realize there are still just good hardworking honest people in the world and that's exactly what I needed today.
Can’t say enough good things about the rapid service. I called and told them my mother was broke down around the Parkersburg City Park. Told the dispatcher she was sitting in the middle of the road so the woman says she’ll get someone right on it. I hung up the phone and left my house in Belpre to head over. The driver was already there assessing the situation by the time I arrived. Amazingly quick service. Very professional and friendly as well.
