The staff here are awesome. They go out of their way to try to help. If they don’t have the product themselves they’ll help you get to it. The carry tons of supplies which is a special thing these days. They are one of my top customer service recommendations.
The staff always helps me with questions about various products and if I need something that is not in stock they are happy to order it. What more could I ask for? I have been an oil painter for so many years that I flounder a bit when it comes to using alcohol inks or learning what is best for me with acrylic pour supplies. Branching out of my comfort zone (oil painting) into other media is difficult in some ways but Jerry's makes it easy!
