Jerry was a great landlord. Just be a good tenant and you will be happy. Very fair and reasonable.

Took my "application fee" along with at least one others and then 2hrs later I called and the place that I applied for was "rented". Why accept applications and take peoples hard earned money when you already have a renter lined up? Seems pretty fraudulent to me....
Jerry Wise was a great landlord! He was very easy going and helped me promptly when I had problems. Even helped me find a sublet. Be nice to your landlords though, people! You can clear a clogged drain!
