Each time I've gone to see Dr. Tsong he has been incredibly compassionate and ready to answer all of my questions. He really makes me feel like he cares about my health and always helps me stay well informed about my care. Plus he's got a great staff that is very kind and accommodating. If you've got any problems or just simply need to get your eyes checked, he's your man!
Dr. Tsong is an excellent doctor. Very personable and easy to be around.
While Dr. Tsong was very nice, I didn't feel that he carried out my eye exam with expertise. He prescribed a pair of monthly contacts, and couldn't answer me when I asked how to clean and take care of them. He had to reference the instructions inside the box. Also - I didn't take the warnings I'd seen about the practice very seriously, but it's true - although I asked at least 4 times whether I would be charged more than what I was seeing upon checking out, I received a $200 bill two weeks later
Love him. I even sent my husband to him. Dr. Tsong is so knowledgeable and personable. He always wants to explain everything to me. I feel like I am in good hands with him. And I come from a medical family so I am very picky when I choose doctors. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Tsong.
Dr. Tsong is that rare combination of skill and empathy. Just the way he greets you puts you in a good mood and reassures you that you are in good hands. I am so grateful to have him as my ophthalmologist. An exceptional doctor and a fine human being. Carla Wallach
Dr. Tsong and his staff, saw me early and were extremely pleasant. Dr. Tsong was knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly and got me our early! What a change from waiting a long time in the waiting room. Great bedside manner! I can’t say I’m eager ever to go to a Dr., but I certainly don’t dread my next appointment. A+ in my book.
Dr. Jerry Tsong is very professional, competent and willing to answer questions in "plain English" rather than with technical terms. I have several potential eye issues, so I visit twice a year. Greenwich Ophthalmology uses the latest technology equipment available to evaluate a patient's eye issues. Each of the techs who tested my eyes was courteous and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Tsong and Greenwich Ophthalmology.
Dr. Tsong is a first class physician and heck of a nice guy. I know that he is focusing on me .. and ONLY ME during my visits and takes time to review my history and answer any questions I have and ASK me questions about my eye and other health. I feel like a trusted friend is also my trusted professional Doctor. Best Ever.
