After totaling my car, I was very set on another Ford Focus. We had looked at every dealership in a 50 mile radius and finally came across Jerry Taylor Ford and called about a Focus. Dan was very upfront with us about the car and set it inside until we could make it from Ohio to look at it! The whole staff there are extremely nice and personable! Perform proper preventative procedures to prevent repeat problems. When doing warranty repairs, look for other problems instead of letting them go. This will lead to expensive failures which unsuspecting clients will be duped into paying for. Like using anti corrosion dialectric grease on harnesses in areas which can be subjected to corrosive elements. Dirty pool indeed
