I was touring through the area from out of state when a rear spoke broke. I am so fortunate to have found Jerry & Sparky's. They had me back on the road in a few minutes with no hassle and little $$. Thank you guys so much! Service is highly recommend and professional.

I well remember this shop when it was located on Rockingham Rd. (Yes, I'm that old!) I got my first bicycle there as well as my last two bikes!! These people KNOW bicycles. No need to look anywhere else for whatever you want for your bike!
Went in this morning looking for a tire for my daughter's bike. They looked at the rim, knew exactly the problem I was having with the tire I had. They took the rim and tube in back and came out ten minutes later all pt together and aired up. They were so nice and just really friendly. You can bet we will be back.
Was looking for a mountain bike to ride trails. The salesman was very very knowledgeable and was very patient with me cause I had many questions. They made sure I got the right size bike for me and my needs. Even gave me a military discount and continues to do so on accessories. There's a reason they have been in business for 50yrs. I just named a few. Will always do bike business with them and only them.
I've never had a new bike that came from anyplace else!! From my first Lil tiger to my current frontier and looking at getting a trek mountain bike soon . the people at sparkys are awesome!!! I've looked at another trek dealer in Davenport but was unimpressed..high pressure sales high prices and lacked the personality that jerry and sparkys have!! I've been a customer for 40 + years not going to change now.
went up here to get some advice and talk to somebody and they blew me off and this is where I get my bicycle stuff done probably will go to trek from now on.
Recently had my bike stolen (sad face).. I took my beat up, back up Trek in to get it fixed until I buy a new one. They took my old bike, got me the serial # for the stolen one, and showed me the exact bike I want as a replacement.... It gets better They called me not 20 minutes later...said my old bike needed too much money put into it. So, they're going to make the bike ride worthy...to make it until I get the new one.
