Anyone know of a bike shop that can look at e-bikes. I need someone to replace the rear wheel because I don't have the tools or knowledge. These guys refused to even look at a brand that they didn't sell.

Excellent customer service!! It was great to actually talk to a person and inquire on a bike (very hard to right now during covid where I live). I drove 2.5 hours to Jerry & Sparky's and it was well worth it. I will be recommending them to others!
I have been going to Jerry and Sparky's since I was a kid. My family has depended on them for bikes, treadmills, exercise bikes, and strollers for decades now. From buying new items to repairs, they are the best in town in service and customer experience.

Does anyone know if they do bike rentals at the shop?
I am a fairly large guy (>300lbs) and they picked an awesome ride out for me. Been a week and a half now and I have logged over 100 miles on my new Trek Shift 3.0! This place is awesome!
