I needed an oil change and a few small repairs done so I called and got an appointment right away. The technician called me to let me know what other repairs were needed and let me know that they had the part in stock and it would be ready quickly. It was and I was on my way very soon. I felt like they cared about me as a customer and my vehicle.
James was great to work with and very informative. We appreciate his ability to get us in a reliable family vehicle!
Took my car in for a diagnostic. Got one, was told it wouldn’t be that hard of a fix. But said they didn’t have time for it?🤣 a Chevy dealership that doesn’t have any time for a Chevy car. Will definitely take my business to grand island.
Fantastic Service and Parts departments. GM World Certified technician David got to the bottom of a ghost of a rich code on my 2010 Chevy Equinox. Also, thanks to Gannon and Alex for facilitating the appointment and quick turnaround by having the AC-Delco parts on hand. I highly recommend this dealership!
