Great service, the technician did a great job, never been anywhere with this good of service.
Matt was great. He handled all paperwork with an extended auto warranty company. Great job Jerry Spady Service Department. Highly recommend this place!
Scheduled an oil change with their automated system for 5/29/26 at 8 am arrive and they don’t have me on the schedule. I show them in the Chevy app confirmation of the appointment and all the service advisor can say is it’s not on my schedule. Didn’t offer any apology or any other resolution just kept repeating I wasn’t on their schedule (despite having proof I was). Have done over 5k in business at their service department this year alone. Customer service is non existent and starting to question their literacy!
