What a joke, I'm actually surprised to see they're still in business based on how they treat their customers (if you notice...mainly FEMALES are the complainants) I actually worked w/ Jerrod Dale & he labeled himself as the "VP" of the co but he was nothing more than a con artist. He quoted one price then later a higher price just to take the crew out for lunch on my dime...wish I had've been smarter - no worries - the Universe will take care of him. I only gave Jerry Dale and Sons one star because I had to give them something in order to write this review. I rate them zero stars and thumbs down!!! I’ve had to call Jerry Dale our on several occasions. Every time it rains with high winds I lose shingles. They do patch work only for the problem to reoccur when it rains. I am currently getting water through the vents in my bathroom. When I try to get resolution it usually ends in a shouting match.
