If I could give these people a 0 for a review, I would do it. I brought in an oil stick drawing for framing. They gave it back to me framed, with the four corners of the paper fastened down on the mat, which created a big bulge at the bottom of the image. I bought it back and asked them to flatten out the drawing and remove the hinges at the bottom of the paper. I called several times to see if it was ready and no one would return my calls. Absolutely horrible. Jerry is allowing his son who is not honorable in any way shape or form to destroy his reputation. Completely bizarre and inappropriate behavior- dishonest belligerent mean spirited . Lacking the facts he resorted to screaming and cursing and threats to get his way which was to extract as much money as he could. I had dealt with his father for over 25 years with never an issue. I will never set foot in this business again. The prices are ridiculous and now come with an extra large portion of bad form.
