Went in today because i "WON" something on the mail catalog thing and it turned out to be a 5$ gift card to Wal-Mart and i waited for 10 minutes for an employee and nobody came, horrible service

Went to Jerry Smith Chevrolet because my husband has a good friend working there and he's been wishing to get a new rig. We didn't think we could get into it because we just got a loan on our current car in January and our credit wasn't so great. But Tyler made it happen. He worked really hard and was super confident that he would be able to get us into the car we wanted. The wait was a little long but worth it. Thank you Tyler for everything! We couldn't have done it without you :)
Went in for an oil change on my 2015 sonic and rolled out with a 2016 sonic with loads more options and kept my same car payment and dropped my interest rate in half!! Thanks Michael, Dustin, connor and Steve for my five star service. It was a pleasure to buy from you guys twice!!
3 Hours and 40 minutes and still waiting for my car, was told that I will need to come back in next week for part. I font want to be stuck here again on my day off work ( cry)
