Not happy with the service department here. Took our new Telluride in to be looked at in November of 2024 because one of the rear seatbelts had started to fray. Spoke with Collin who took pictures and supposedly was going to work with Kia's Warranty team to see what could be done. Fast forward to it is now April 2025, we have tried calling the service department as well as sending emails to get follow up information on the issue with no response. Savannah Bass was an amazing seller! Her patience was outstanding, and she did a great job explaining everything. The overall experience was fantastic—we had our two little ones with us, and they provided snacks, drinks, and made us feel very comfortable.
