My first new car I had bought in a long time ended up being a great experience with Jerry Seiner. My salesman Ross was low pressure but very knowledgeable and eager to earn my business. I felt like Ross and the dealership as a whole appreciated my time and valued my needs and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. Ross the salesman that I had listed to the needs my wife and I had with 100% sincerity which is rare these days. I was sold exactly what I wanted. Great experience!
Absolutely love my 2025 k4 and had a good sale experience when buying my car from here back in July of 2025 I worked with Dennis super nice guy but when getting to the dealership was told the car had a few scratches on the front but not to worry because they had already reached out to their paint guy and it would get fixed asap that was months ago now. The initial purchasing of the vehicle was GREAT! At first I did leave a 5 star review. But between then and now it changed. They took too long to pay off my trade in, which resorted into late fee’s from the other bank. Which of course I was the one who had to pay it. This next problem could have been my error, I live in WY as of now.. trying to get it registered was not the best experience. It was my first time purchasing a car and I had an exceptional experience! My expectations were low because of the negative stereotypes of dealerships, but I had a great time. The people were very friendly and kind to me, always checking in on me if I needed any refreshments. I had a wonderful chat with Erube who I wish we had more time to keep talking. I wanted to wait a few months to write this review in case the car had faults. It’s now been almost a year, and everything’s great! Ross was the one who came on the test drive with us, and someone else closed the sale. All around, the easiest car-buying experience of my life. Very trustworthy and transparent people me and my husband talked to.
