I was going to purchase an EV from here since I had an amazing prior experience. Honestly, the salesperson was professional for the most part and patient. However, when it came to finally making the deal, he never responded again. We actually went to Ford (Larry H Miller) before closing and got it done. Funny enough, my mother in law preferred the Kia a lot more but since there was no response for multiple, multiple hours, we had to move on. The sales person also had a sick child but stayed late to help us get the deal done.... read more
