Automobile repair services My wife and I had a problem with our air conditioning. They could not get the required part until the Monday after I took it to them. They went out of their way to get me a loner car for us until they could repair the AC. They have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off from office to home. PROS: CONS: Shuttle service is limited to 8 hours.
Sales and Service My husband has dealt with this dealership many times over the years. Sales staff needs to be better informed about what they are selling, we paid cash for our vehicles and still had to wait, wait and wait for the paper from the finance dept.;Service and Parts dept are friendly and vehicle is always done when they say
very good service everyone working at this place is great. they ask you what you want and actually show it to you. They are straight forward. they are a little over priced on the cars. But they let you know that too. They give you alot of little extras too. The finance people are even fast and try to get your payment when you want it.
Friendly & Courteous Staff! Having used both the body shop and the service center, these guys have been very good to me. The staff has been very courteous, the repairs done promptly and any/all questions have been answered to our satisfaction. Great job!
