We had a huge group there for the Super Bowl and Jeff the manager was really great to accommodate our large group and make sure we had good service - which we did, thanks to Shannon!
Management was indifferent and almost dismissive about WiFi being inoperative. Waitress spilled drinks that splashed on my buddy and the establishment could have cared less. A SPORTS BAR should have functioning WiFi. Plenty of large TV's viewable from almost any seat and great sound system.
Fast service, more than enough food, great atmosphere, food was hot and delicious!
Awful experience. They were understaffed and considering there was a home Red Sox game and the Patriots on TV they did not have anywhere near the staff needed for the crowd. We were in the roof deck and there was only one bartender for the entire deck including working with the wait staff. Security was pouring our water
I have been there about eight times. Every thing about it is excellent. The man at the door, checking ID'S remembers us each time we come, I use a walker and he helps me by opening the side so I can walk in. The hosts are pleasant and show me where to leave my walker. The waitress's are great and helpful. And I have tried almost everything on the menu and all the food is great I would highly recommend it to everyone we always enjoy going there before the game, Thank you all, you have a great team at Tony C's.
