My son is a MTSU student. I really appreciate this business. They are honest and reasonable. Last time they even picked my son up so he could get his car. Pleasure doing business with a great Mechanic shop.
My brakes needed to be replaced. New to the area, I checked several places and decided on Jerry Potts Car Care. I waited and it only took about 3 hours to order in the parts, do the repairs, and send me on my way. The front desk staff was very nice and explained what was going on at each step. I expected to wait several days and spend a lot more. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and the quickness of the repair. I will be back again.
What do you do when your 18 yr old call you and tell you they're broke down on the side of the highway? You panick! My insurance company sent a tow and gave me a list of nearby auto shops. I called Potts car care and from the initial conversation I got a sense of peace speaking with Stacy. My repairs were resolved in less than 24 hrs and we received EXCEPTIONAL service.
