G was car salesman for the Mazda CX 50 hybrid that we bought in March. He was very professional to deal with. We were very pleased with the service that we got from him. In addition I brought the car back in early May because I could not get the Android auto to work. I had dropped in at another dealer who was not able to get it to work for me. In about 15 minutes G figured it out. I was very pleased with how it worked.
G (Gautam) was the guy to help us out and he was great! Very smooth and easy process. He was quick to get back to me and easy to contact. Friendly service. Loving the new SUV! No complaints! Thanks G!
My experience is really with the sales manager Gautam Shah. I bought my previous Mazda from him at a different location. He impressed me. I was in sales all my life I’m good in detecting good honest knowledgeable sales people. So when I was ready to trade old one (2017) with a new one I went directly to him.
