I took my 2009 Ford Focus to Jerry because the air conditioner wasn't working. He quoted me a fair price (over $1,000.00 less than the local Ford dealership!) and a projected timeline, and he stuck to both of them, even though the work was more labor intensive than expected. I was very pleased and impressed with the results. I've definitely found a new preferred service center to keep my car running.
Jerry was awesome in helping me problem solve a couple issue in my cargo van/biz vehicle/home. He spent his time researching with me to find the best solutions and then did the work with expertise and care. At a truly affordable price. I came today to have my AC fixed and was blown away by the spectacular service that was given. It only took a couple of minutes for Jerry to notice that it was my relay that was broken. He literally gave me a new one and told me that it was “free” when I asked him how much was for the service today. I couldn’t be more grateful. Now, my AC is working perfectly again and it’s all because of Jerry :) Thank you so much! I’ll definitely tell everyone to come to you with their auto needs!
Nobody touches my truck but Jerry Ostows!! She's 20 years old with only 128,000 original miles. The old girl looks great, and they keep her running like a top! No payments for over 10 years and Ostows will help me drive her till the wheels fall off. Best auto repair in Pinellas County! 👍
