Rude, incompetent, and sleezy! Couldnt believe he was talking to a client the way he talked you us. Then he asked for my email and said he was emailing me a cancellation email to "get this over with." He doesn't deserve my business, and you should be weary too! Plenty of other friendly, competent agents around.
