I had been seeing Dr. Vernace for a few months, and at first she seemed very nice, but when I had an emergency, the office treated me terribly. I was told to be there at 8:30 am. One hour later, I was finally seen by her physician assistant, who dismissed my pain, so I asked for Dr. Vernace. I brought my elderly neighbor to her appointment with Dr Versace for a procedure. After a thirty minute wait, we were informed that Dr Versace would not be performing the procedure, and that she would be seen by another doctor; however they were not sure who that would be. My neighbor was very upset, but no one would explain the change or the confusion. Finally she was led to an examining room where she was seen by physician's assistant. Dr. Vernace is absolutely amazing. Love her so much. She's sweet, knowledgeable and has answers for you. They have a blood drawing center on premises so no extra work to have to go somewhere else.
