Best Gastroenterologist Dr Jerry Martell
The staff is horrible. You can literally be dying waiting on the phone for someone to pick up, then they hang up on you. Trying to get a call through for a refill is non-existent. The concept of calling your doctor for a refill or an appointment has been lost with group. I could give them lower rating I would. My daughter got a special number to call but it shows that she is not an existing patient……what! Doctors are only as good as their staff. Period!
