Dr. Fabrikant had treated my father and husband in the past. I was in a great deal of pain due to plantar facitis. He is truly excellent. He gave me clear concise instructions on how to treat my condition. He is a wizard at custom fashioning shoe inserts according to my symptoms. Within three weeks I was feeling 85% better.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
