Staff members should not be allowed to discriminate against others. Unacceptable behavior by workers.

Jerry Lee's has lost another customer. The utter disrespect showed by several staff members toward my friend was beyond unacceptable. The behavior was excessively aggressive... in response to a simple drink order? Give me a break. The further apathy of the management in response to the situation is shocking. I have no interest in spending my money in a place with such poor regard for their clientele... Or human decency.

Terrible service and blatant disrespect to customers. If management were doing its job they'd have a clean slate of new, well trained employees. Until this happens, you're better off choosing another bar on Beale where you'll be respected as a patron.

I was extremely disrespected this past Friday night/ Saturday morning and will be taking further action. Please see the story below that I shared on my personal Facebook page. I am still thrown aback about the entire situation. Warning: LONG STORY... SO... I go to the bar last night at Jerry Lee to get a beer and keep the fun I'm having with my neo and his girlfriend going. I stand there and a white guy walks up to my right. On my left are a group of people who had just purchased and were doing whatever it is they were doing... read more

I would NOT recommend this Cafe Especially if you're an African American. The Bartenders are rude, unprofessional and it's obvious that "others" (blacks/African Americans) aren't welcomed. Very poor service from the front door (security) to the back of the kitchen (cooks)

A friend of mine was disrespected at this establishment and was basically assaulted as security guards made him exit the premises without reason. He was attempting to patronize the business and the bartender and rest of the staff was beyond horrible to him. I will never patronize this establishment.
