If someone pays for VIP, you don't get to tell them to get out for no reason. They allowed a group of young, educated black individuals to reserve a booth, $600 and a bottle later they forced the group to leave with zero explanation. They then promised to comp them a bottle and booth in the future. Obviously if some one spends $600 with you & you treat them poorly, they're not coming back. Now they're refusing to give those people their money back. Racist thieves

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! Was in a VIP section with friends that was paid for and minding our business when Security rolled up deep as hell shouting that we had to leave and no explanation. No one on the staff tried to rectify the situation either.

We went from having a good night to being discriminated against! Last night, Chris Newson and Shelby Newson reserved a section Jerry Lee Lewis Cafe downtown. We were in the section for a few hours when all of a sudden about 6 security guards came and demanded we leave. They literally pushed me out the door. Security looked me in my face and pushed me like I was a man for no reason, all while I’m still remaining calm and keeping my composure, LIKE WHO DOES THAT??!!!
