I needed emergency surgery and was between Kaiser, Loma Linda Murrieta, and Loma Linda VA. I had a distal tendon bicep rupture and needed repair within 2 weeks. After desperately looking through my options, the VA in Loma Linda came right to my aid. They did exactly what a hospital would do with great care. It felt better than Cedar Sinai with my 1st tendon rupture. The staff was just on it. They called and called to ensure I was okay and rushed my surgery. My brother was admitted for a heart attack a day before Mother’s Day.. He had a stent placed in his major artery. The staff made him feel safe and cared for. He was bragging about how wonderful they were in the cardiology department. He was also happy with the delicious steak and lobster dinner he was served. He said every meal was tasty.
