Worst realtor ever! He has you sign a contract, sends his wife out to take pictures of the house on her cell phone. Never calls you. After a couple of months I called him to ask what to do next. I always had to call him. No communication and when I called him he acted like I was bothering him. Never sold my house in over 6 mos.
Beware do not use him he is rude dishonest and basically a drunken POS and has no clue how to communicate or sale anything he should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of people !!!!! He needs his license revoked period !!!!

Let me start from the beginning, Jerry came over with a binder full of 5 star reviews and telling us he was the greatest in this area. We were naive, first time home sellers, from out of state, and signed with him. Flying debris from hurricane Ian severely damaged our home. Before we could sell it a long rebuilding process was necessary. Throughout this long process Jerry Hayes frequently checked on the house and sent me pictures and information. His suggestions and his wife’s skill in dealing with glitches after the contract brought about a successful sale. Jerry would tell you that this was just normal service but to us it seemed like more than what we would expect and helped immensely with our anxiety.
