From the start of shopping to walking out the door with keys to my brand new truck, Casey was helpful and accessible. I interacted with probably 5 people during my car buying experience. All were professional and had an “at home” feel that made me comfortable. Also, you know you’re in good hands when the owner of the lot is the one to shake your hand and give you the keys. Thank you Casey and Steve! I’m glad there are still places like Jerry Haag where small town, personal service means everything!!
Jerry Haag Chevrolet is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for what they did to my car! I received my 2018 car back after being service with a crack on the driver side windshield they are claiming it was there before hand and won’t fix it! I would of obviously seen it before hand knowing it’s on the driver side where I drive and look out daily !! So to fair warn everyone don’t take your vehicles to Jerry Hagg if you don’t want it damaged while serviced because they will claim they didn’t do it and won’t fix it !!!

I purchased 5 new vehicles and 1 used over the years. About 1 every 3 years. Steve and his service department began to act as if they could care less if I was happy or not so I took my service elsewhere. If they don't care about the satisfaction of a long time customer purchasing so many cars they won't care about you
We just purchased a Equinox today, couldn’t have done it with out Steve help he went out of his way to get us the right equinox we are very happy we have always got a vehicle from him well my husband has Thank u Steve for all your help!!!
I drive 62 miles to get the fabulous service and the staff are so nice. Treat you with greatest respect and the service dept is awesome. Fast and accurate, never had to go back to redo anything. Would not think of going anyplace else for my GM products
My truck needed a new battery called Steve and got right in had to call in to work this morning but thanks to the great people at Jerry Haag my truck starts like it should now and I don't have to worry about it not starting I work 7 days a week and my truck is my world my family has bought all our vehicles from him and will continue to do so. Thanks Steve!
