Dr Patel is unlike any other doctor that I have been to. He is very easy to talk to and listens intently to every word. He genuinely cares about his patients and follows up with other professionals. He takes a personal interest and provides excellent care. I am extremely fortunate that he is my doctor.
She is condescending and rude, extremely unprofessional and horrible bed side manner. spoke in a manner as if she thought i didn’t speak english, she did not let me speak and interrupted me then kept asking question on why she was confused about medical history but never got cleared up because she didn’t allow me to speak with then saying i was interrupting her. Each time I visit Dr. Best he is considerate, listens carefully and is fully aware and up to date with my medical history which is rather extensive. He is an excellent physician.
I have been seeing Dr. Essert for over 8 years. She is the most caring and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever been to. Dr Essert takes all the time you need to answer questions and include you in your own care. If you leave her a message or question on your patient portal, she gets back to you no later than 24 hours! Truly a Doctor who is second to none!
I have been extremely ill for over a year and was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis Crohn’s disease.On top of this diagnosis, I have been dealing with a decubitus ulcer on the left side of my bum. I have teen trying to work during this time and Dr. Essert, as well as her staff are a great reason I am still working. Dr Essert is so knowledgeable and caring. Every time I see her or contact her through the portal, I come away thinking how fortunate I am to have her as my primary care doctor.
I've been visiting her for the past 6 years, she sees all of my 3 boys, she always makes recommendations, every appointment she would give them a book, samples of products etc.. never had an a negative complaint about the staff either.
Office staff is fine, seek another ped.
