Dr. Best was my pcp, when I lived in Indiana and I can’t say enough. He was skilled, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He listened carefully, thoroughly evaluating and discussing symptoms and testing. Most M.D.’s clearly convey irritation when questions are asked, but not Dr. Best. Absolutely the best. Never had a doctor with such dedication to his patients as Dr. Best. He is also a true gentleman, courteous and sensitive to the needs of the patient. He also runs a very organized office with employees that are knowledgeable and go beyond to help you. I am very lucky to have Dr. Best as my primary physician.

I’ve seen this doctor but always was accompanied by my ex-husband, during every visit he would ask my ex about how I was doing and all the questions about my health instead of asking me. I interrupted my visits for a long time due to insurance issues and forgot all about his mistreatment so when it was time for me to set up a physician I mentioned his name because it was the only Doctor I ever saw here in Florida. We saw him for a year and he was fine while we were both fairly healthy. As soon as my husband started having problems, he didn’t seem to know how to handle it - so he just refused to make an appointment to see him for days on end, even though I stressed how he needed to be seen. I finally took him to ER where other doctors took care of him and gave him the needed treatment. Now he is back to good health again. Will NEVER go back to him!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Horrendous communication skills. Rude. Insolent. Disdainful. Unhelpful. His lack of communication skills severely limits his ability to answer questions. Far exceeds just a lack of bedside manner. Go to anyone else for thorough treatment.

We have lived in Naples for 15 years, and, have had a lot of experience with many doctors. We started using Dr Best this year, my husband was being diagnosed with MS. We were in urgent need of a referral and a good doctor. Dr Best took our whole family on and we have appreciated his insight and support. He and his staff are professional, punctual, and most courteous. I would highly recommend!

I've only seen him once, but what impressed me most was he listened to me. He didn't ignore my concerns, or dismiss them because he felt he knew best. I benefit from his expertise, which is why you see a doctor, but he was able to help me because he recognized that what I had to say provided essential pieces to the puzzle. I really like him.

Dr. Best is an absolute pleasure to have as my primary care physician. It took me years to find a physician like Dr. Best. He is clear, patient, understanding and empathic. His office staff is exceptional as well.
