Booked an appointment for a simple oil & filter change & tire rotation for 11:30 at the Granbury location. Arrived at 11:15 and was told it was at least a 2 hour wait. (2 Hours!!) Very dishonest ! I took my 2014 silverado to get a quote of fiing the drivers seat functions. I went to pick it up and my phone cup holder was missing, 5 new nintendo switch games and the plastic back of the seat was missing. I talked to some lady where you pay your bill and she gave me the run around. I called many times for a year and they denied they took the missing items, A year later I took my truck in to get the oil changed before our vacation.
