I was told my abs system needed to be rebuilt and a new battery..it was $4700 total. I paid it. My Car stopped in the middle of the road the next day. I paid $170 to get it towed back to the Acura dealership. Then I was told it was my alternator. I'm confused as to why they didn't tell me it was the alternator from the beginning. I literally cried in the lobby because for me $4700 is a lot of money. Once I got the alternator put on I found out the Acura battery was dead. Got in early and got the car when promised. Had a cup of coffee and sat in a comfortable chair. The agent checked if the service was covered under warranty without me asking which resulted in a free service. The fee wash was also nice.
Travis Vincent is the Best All Around Salesman EVER!!!! He is professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He goes above and beyond with all the bells and whistles. I absolutely LOVE my new car.
