I paid cash in March for a car from them and STILL don't have a title. Every time I call they have a different excuse as to why. Getting an attorney. I have $8000.00 tied up in this car because it was junk when I bought it. Apparently I'm not the only one and this isn't the first time.
After paying $100 a week for Uber and Lyft I finally had the opportunity to get a vehicle. Went to JAMC and they worked with me on the down payment and even helped me with insurance. The sales person Patrick was quick and precise and got me what I asked with little or no issues. Definitely if you're in a pinch and have a small budget I say hit em up.
