I had a problem with an item purchased from Jerrick's a few weeks back. I sent them a Facebook message on Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday. They responded almost immediately and made arrangements to make sure we were taken care of. They treated us super well while we were fixing the issue, and made it as simple and painless as possible! This store is incredible and the customer service exceptional!!! The moment we walked in we were helped! Other jewelry stores had little selection and most did not have the style I was looking for! Jerricks had hundreds of rings and so many styles! They had the exact ring I was looking for and options of similar ones! Loved their men's rings as well!
