I've been to Jerome's twice now for repairs and each time I was well taken care of. Paula and Jake were both great to work with and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I will always choose Jerome's over any other body shop in town :)
My family & I have always used Jerome's. We used to live in an area (about an hour away) where there were alot of deer. Jerome's took care of it. Always a Great job.
As a Tow man, I brought a lot of really nasty wrecks into Jeromes....only to see them emerge looking like nothing had ever happened to them. Jeromes is highly recommended to bring your beloved car back to life again!
Got almost $8,000.00 worth of work done. Only to leave with a crack in the bumper that wasn't there before and willing to discount fixing the crack you caused?!? Thanks? No thanks? **UPDATE #1** Jerome's is going to be fixing the damage! Glad to see they are trying to make things right!**Final Update**Picked up my vehicle today and happy to say Jerome's stepped up and made things right. Glad to see they follow through with keeping their customers happy
It is a body shop great shop.
They fixed my wife's Equinox to better than new. Jay has done four cars for me in the last 20 years and I couldn't be happier. Best body shop in the state as far as I'm concerned.
I was in an accident and had work done at Jeromes'. They called for a rental right away and I was on my way. I got my car back & had some friends look at it who have worked in autobody before and they said it was A+ . I am very satisfied. Thank you so much!
Thank you Jeromes (Jay) for your knowledge of insurance procedures, the willingness to communicate with them (so I didn't have to), prompt appt time & quick fix & returning my car to its former glory!! I appreciate everything & you did a great job!!
