RecommendedI swung by Jerome’s to reattach a bumper that came loose. Their was a small piece of the bumper they broke off that held the bumper in place. Instead of just saying you need to get a new bumper, they came up with a creative solution to the problem and got the bumper to reattach. Thanks Jerome’s for coming up with a creative solution and saving me hundreds!
We have unfortunately needed Jerome’s services more than once. Customer service is superb. Repairs are fast and guaranteed, vehicles were done even sooner than expected. Hopefully we will not need a body shop again but if we do it will be Jeromes!
Brought my truck in last year after a storm caused $7,000 to $8,000 in hail damage. Jerome's said it'll take a week to repair which turned into more like 3 weeks. I kept having to bring it back for things that were missed which included dents, broken wiper blades, and a very dirty interior that they left which included the headliner. Returned to pick it up and noticed some chatter marks across the windshield and glue or epoxy on the driver door. I went to Jeromes Collision Center because they are supporters of KHRT Christian Radio (which means we are like minded) and I was not disappointed. Jeromes does good work at reasonable rates. If you to like to support other Christian business people I suggest you give Jeromes a try when you need automotive body work.
I brought in a family member's vehicles, and got the basic detailing package. The woman who detailed the vehicle, Ashley, was fantastic. I returned to have another vehicle done by her, but she was no longer working there. She is the only one I trust with my vehicles, because she did such an outstanding and professional job on them.
