This is by far the best dental office. Very friendly, knowledgeable, gently and thorough. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist office if Dr O is yoyr dentist. A+++++++++++
On time appointment, very professional, great cleaning, staff all wearing protective ppe, spotless office and awesome staff! Same level of service for over 20 years!
From the minute you walk into the office, Darcie offers a warm greeting and smile. The dental hygienist and Dr. O talk you through the dental experience and engage you in conversation to make you feel at ease and comfortable while sitting in the chair. Never feel rushed or that you're 'just a number.'
All went well for me as I braved the thought of having my teeth cleaned. There is a protocol in place that assures that all of us involved were safe. It was very re-assuring to return to the office that has always provided great care.
AS USUAL from the minute you walk into the office you feel at ease with Darcy greeting you. Shannon cleans my teeth and does an excellent job and is so friendly and cordial that YOU FORGET WHY YOURE THERE. As you can probably tell the dentist is not my favorite visit. However I’d be afraid not to go and then really have a problem. What can I say about Dr. O. He’s one great dentist and I would recommend him to anyone. Had a great visit and will be back in 6 months. As a whole the people and office are A1.

Friendly and professional always.
All went fine - ultrasonic cleaning was NOT allowed. Incredible "safety precautions" by entire staff - one slight quirk was that the UPS delivery person did NOT wear a mask which I thought was not following protacol; however social distancing to me was evident.
