If I could give a 0 rating I would. My wife and I hired this attorney through our mother in August. He cashed our check within 4 days then we didn't hear back from him for 6 weeks and about 30 phone calls later. When he took our case, he said he should be completely done in 6-9 months and that he had nearly all the paperwork completed already. This attorney has missed filing deadlines for us on 9/25, 11/09, then another on 12/01. We are now at day (roughly 110) passed the date of furnishing him his retainer, and he has filed... read more
