Recently rented an apartment at the Jerome Apts. No hot water for ten of the 21 days I've lived here. The are violating the law. Many other complaints related to no hot water are posted all over the internet. They are opening themselves to a class action lawsuit and a Complaint with the AZ State Department of Real Estate. I hope the get the message and get it fixed.
