The only issue I have with Dr. Clarke is he is slow to follow up with results of test and doesn’t let you know when he wants to see you next. The big issue I have is his office staff are worthless and rude.

Had an appointment for 3:15. Dr. office called and asked if I wanted to make it earlier, 1:30 or 2:00? Told them 1:30. Arrived at 1:15. At 1:30 the office was locked. The woman at the desk took my paperwork and told me the Dr. would be there at 2:00. I told her my appointment was at 1:30. She told me the Dr. had called and said he had something to do, would be there at 2:00. She assured me I would be the first one seen when he got there. At 2:15 I told them I was leaving this is unacceptable.

He does not care about the clients- only money. Does not do what he says and orders un- needed tests. Horrible Doctor - that does not listen to the client or their family. Bills incorrectly for inpatient consults- office can't be reached for assistance.

My father had an appointment on 20 Apr 16 at 330pm but got changed to 2pm by their office. Showed up 5-10 mins early. After an hour, we still had not seen the doctor. My fathers was in a lot of pain. When I asked when the doctor was coming, I was told he was on his way (untrue). I asked if she could be more specific and was told If you don't want to wait, you can leave. 1:15 after scheduled time we gave up and left. Other patient also waiting was scheduled for same time (double booked slot).
