Office staff is unprofessional. Should call patients back in a timely matter. Cancelled appointment and they were happy to do so. Wont be going back
I've been chasing a gastritis for 2 yrs , I was referred to this office by my primary, bla blabla long story short ,, I missed informed , waited 2 hrs for a scheduled appontment , was spoken to rudly , and hung up on while i was needing information for a scan test ordered by dr clark . this office ordered a scan at TMC , not knowing that this pacility does not provide this scan , so I was not able to complete the lab ordered scan . I asked for a copy of my file and records.
Dr. Clarke is such a phenomenal doctor. Not only is he by far the best GI doctor that I have ever met, he actually took the time to listen to me and addressed my concerns, he followed through with tests needed in order to diagnose my condition. I have been so sick for eight months, went several times to the ER department and they would do CT scans and send me home. Dr. Clarke literally saved my life and I highly recommend him!

Dr Clark is a wonderful daughter who helped me for many years even saw me when I didn't have any money let me pay him out at $20 a month waiting for my SSI so he could give me a colonoscopy I missed one payment though and his secretary would not allow me to come back when I did get my Medicaid Dr Clark could have made 40 or $50,000 but because his secretary would not work with me I had to find another doctor too bad he was pretty awesome so he's a great doctor but his staff sucks
Dr. Clarke is very thorough. At my 1st office.visit he took a great amount of time reading my jis history. He has a excellent bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. He did my day surgery procedure and was able to fix my problems. He talked to me before my procedure and then he came back and told me everything after I was recovered. I highly recommend him.
He put you at ease. He is really knowable.
Dr. Clarke is an exceptionally talented doctor. I went to his office for an initial visit for abdominal pain and nausea. He sent me to the ER to be admitted for tests. Dr. Clarke ran all the tests he said he would and decided it was my gallbladder even though the tests were negative. If it wasn't for Dr. Clarke calling a surgeon and pleading my case, I would still be in pain. He never rushed his visit, and he made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend him everytime.
